Where is The Embassy Cigar Lounge?
1615 Vollmer Road, Flossmoor, Illinois 60422, in the south suburbs of Chicago. Call or text the house at (708) 734 6521.
What are The Embassy's hours?
Monday through Thursday 3 PM to 10 PM, Friday 3 PM to 11 PM, Saturday noon to 11 PM, and Sunday noon to 10 PM. The Embassy is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Is The Embassy open to the public?
Yes. The lounge, the bar, and the walk in humidor are open to anyone 21 and over, seven nights a week. No membership is needed to walk in.
How old do I have to be?
21 and over, every guest, every visit, with ID.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk ins are welcome every night we are open, as long as there is room. For a group, a specific table, or a ticketed evening, reserve ahead.
What should I wear?
Smart casual or better. No athletic wear. Think of it as dressing for a room, not for a game.
What is a first visit like?
Someone meets you at the door and asks if you have been before. If not, you get the short tour: the lounge, the walk in humidor, the members side. Then you are seated, and the rest of the evening is yours.
How does membership work?
Four tiers: Ambassador, Corporate, Circle, and Executive. Each comes with private storage and member access. It begins with a short application and a private tour, and pricing is shared in conversation.
Is there food?
Food is served on a plate through our catering partners and approved outside sources. Ask your host what is available tonight.
Can I buy cigars to take home?
Yes. Every cigar in the walk in humidor, including The Embassy Cigar Collection and Girl on Fire, is sold in the lounge by the stick or by the box. Cigars are not sold online.
Does The Embassy have a bar?
Yes. A curated bottle list, served to your table. The bar sells bottles only. Tell the bar what is in your hand and they will tell you which bottle they would choose.
Can I bring my own bottle?
Yes. Outside bottles carry a $35 corkage.
Is there a service charge?
A 10 percent service charge applies to beverage and tobacco.
Where do I park?
Park in the lot at The Embassy. If the lot fills, park across Vollmer Road at the U.S. Bank lot.
Does The Embassy show Bears games?
Yes. Bears games play on the screens in the lounge during opening hours, with tables reserved for the people who book them and walk ins welcome as space allows. On Sundays, doors open at noon.
Can I host a private event at The Embassy?
Yes. Choose the members lounge, the conference room, the golf simulator, or the full house, and every cigar at your evening can carry a band printed with your names and date. Send a request and the house will show you the room and hold the date.
Can I take photos inside?
Please do not photograph other guests.
