We collect only what we need to answer you, host you, and keep you informed when you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through theembassy.vip, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Who We Are

The Embassy Cigar Lounge is operated by 7th Floor Hospitality Group, LLC, at 1615 Vollmer Road, Flossmoor, Illinois 60422. In this policy, "The Embassy," "we," and "us" mean 7th Floor Hospitality Group, LLC. This policy covers theembassy.vip and the forms on it. It does not cover what happens in the lounge itself, or the separate websites of the services described below, which have their own policies.

What We Collect

Information you give us

• Membership inquiries: your email address, the membership you are interested in, and a preferred time if you request a tour.
• Private event inquiries: your email address, the type of event, the room, the hour, your expected guest count, and any notes you add (for example, names for custom cigar bands), and whether you would like the newsletter.
• Word Ahead: your name, when you plan to arrive, and any bottle or occasion you tell us about, so the room is ready for you.
• The newsletter and location updates: your email address.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, and your message.
• Reservations and tickets: these are completed with SevenRooms, which collects the details needed for your booking (such as your name, contact information, party size, and payment for ticketed events). Please see the SevenRooms privacy policy for how it handles that information.
• Calls and texts: if you call or text the house, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on actions such as Reserve, Tickets, call, text, email, and social links, and when a form is submitted (not what you type in it). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this.
• Your age confirmation: when you confirm you are 21 or over, your browser stores that answer for 30 days so we do not ask on every visit. It stays on your device.
• Embedded services: the map on our Plan Your Visit page is provided by Google Maps, and our fonts are provided by Google Fonts. These services receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads them, and Google Maps may set its own cookies.
• Form sessions: so our forms work, Wix may store a visitor session token in your browser.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiries, schedule tours, and plan private events with you.
• To prepare for your visit when you send Word Ahead.
• To send the newsletter and updates, only when you have asked for them.
• To understand which pages and events are useful, and to improve the site.
• To keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations, including the rule that our guests are 21 and over.

We email you only after you opt in, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Giving us your phone number is not consent to receive marketing texts. We text you only about a request you have made, or after you have agreed to receive texts.

Who Helps Us

We share information only with service providers who help us run The Embassy, and only for that purpose:

• Wix hosts this website and stores the forms you submit.
• SevenRooms handles reservations, tickets, and guest communications.
• Google provides Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Google Fonts.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our guests, staff, or property, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross site advertising.

Your Choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Analytics: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser add on that opts you out of Google Analytics. Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Your information: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to run our relationship with you, then delete it or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Google, as our analytics provider, may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites over time.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details, such as payment card numbers, through our forms.

21 And Over

The Embassy and this website are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
